Sturon is a popular traditional variety that is full of flavour.

It is a reliable and high yielding variety with excellent storage qualities and is resistant to bolting. It produces good sized bulbs which are semi round and straw coloured.

Sturon has been awarded the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit (RHS AGM)

These onion seeds can be sown in trays or modules from January to March or direct sow in April. Harvest from July to September as required.
