We accept major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. 

The option to use Apple Pay will only appear on eligible devices that are using a Safari browser and that have an active Apple Wallet.

Payment information is never stored on our site.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days using Royal Mail second class post. 

Postage and Packing on seed packet orders is charged at £2.50

Unfortunately we are not able to supply orders to Northern Ireland, Europe or the Rest of the World.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us at orders@heritageorganicseeds.com within 48 hours so that we can correct the problem.

If you simply change your mind and wish to return your seeds please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at orders@heritageorganicseeds.com.  Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. We are unable to refund postage costs. 

All of our products are sourced from suppliers who are licensed by the Soil Association to supply organic seed.

None of the seeds we supply should be considered edible even if they produce an edible plant. 

All seeds should be treated as if they are medicines and kept out of reach of children and animals. 

Some of the plants that our seeds produce including many popular cottage garden plants can be poisonous and it is your full and absolute responsibility to ensure the suitability and safety of the resulting plants to your planting environment.

Seed is a living product. To maintain the viability of your seeds we recommend they are stored in a cool, dry place.
