Cuisse de Poulet is a traditional onion originating from France. It produces long bulbs with a slighly pink tinge that look rather like a shallot.

This variety is tasty and aromatic and so sweet it can even be enjoyed raw.

These onion seeds can be sown in trays or modules from January to March or direct sow in April. Harvest from July to September as required.
