• Please select ‘Ship to a different address’ at checkout and enter the recipients delivery address in the shipping address field. This is the address we will send the subscription box to each month.
• At the checkout, please supply YOUR email address and phone number as this is where your purchase/order confirmation will be sent to.
• We will send the certificate to the billing address by default – if you wish for this to be sent to an alternative address or sent directly to the recipient, please add this to the notes field at the checkout or alternatively send us an email as soon as you have made the order to subscriptions@heritageorganicseeds.com
• The pre-paid subscription is for a one-off term. It will not renew at the end of the term. In the event that you need to amend the delivery address mid-term please email us at subscriptions@heritageorganicseeds.com so that we can update this for you. Please give us at least 7 days notice.
