Sweet williams are a very popular, early flowering biennial that makes a beautiful and vibrant cut flower.

This mix includes pink, violet and white flowers that grow to around 40cm in height.

Sweet William seeds should be direct sown in late spring to mid summer or undercover in late summer/early autumn for planting out the following spring.

Sweet williams flower from June to August.

Sweet William flowers have been cultivated in Europe since 16th Century.

It is considered to be a flower of the Gods. Its name is derived from the Greek words ‘dios’ for gods and ‘anthos’ for flower.
