Vivid Choi is a unique type of Pak Choi with pale and vivid pink and purple upright stems. 

It is cold tolerant and ideal for growing in our cooler months but will not survive a heavy frost.

Fast growing it can be cut as a baby leaf in as little as 3 weeks in the right conditions and can reach full size in 4 – 6 weeks. Leaves should be harvested as required.

Pak choi seeds should be sown directly in late spring/early summer and again in late summer. Earlier and later sowings can be made under cover. The plants should be watered regularly to avoid bolting.
