Clary Sage

Salvia Sclarea – 0.4g – Approx 100 Seeds

Clary sage is similar to Sage but the flavour is not quite as strong.

It is eye catching in a border with its colourful pinky purple flowers.

Both the leaves and the flowers are edible.

Clary Sage essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help alleviate stress and is used in a lot of natural cosmetics as it soothes the skin.

The seeds should be surface sown in trays or modules in the sprint. Pot on the seedlings when large enough to handle and plant out when the plants have strong roots.
