After all the glorious weather we have had in April, our gardens have burst into life!

It feels so good to be able to potter in the garden on an evening, especially during all of this warm weather we have been having!

Growing your own food really does make you feel so grateful for everything that you put on your plate and sort of makes you feel like you have a little bit of control in life, doesn’t it?!

Nature has lots of special moments for us to enjoy and as gardeners, I feel like we become so tuned into the seasons and we learn to appreciate every single moment with an extra sprinkle of gratitude.

So, this month I am encouraging you to take a moment for yourself. Sit outside, take it all in and fill your cup with joy!
